Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@onemoonday.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier disruptions, customs inspections, severe weather, or high shipping volumes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, OneMoonday cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery. However, we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
